  1. Golden Eye License Agreement and Disclaimer
  2.  
  3. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE CONTINUING.
  4. PRESSING THE 'Next' BUTTON INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE ALL OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU 
  5. DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PRESS THE 'CANCEL' BUTTON TO EXIT 
  6. INSTALLATION.

  8. You have 15 days to evaluate the SOFTWARE. After 15 days, you must either delete the
  9. SOFTWARE or register it. You may not use the unregistered version of the SOFTWARE for 
  10. any purpose other than trial and evaluation.
  11.  
  12. This SOFTWARE provides a log of your activities on your own computer for later review. 
  13.  
  14. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any liability that may arise by 
  15. using this SOFTWARE. It is solely your responsibility to use the SOFTWARE in accordance 
  16. with the laws of your country. 
  17.  
  18. you agree to install the SOFTWARE on a computer you own, you agree that you will NOT install 
  19. the SOFTWARE on any computer you do not own 
  20.  
  21.  
  22. EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT
  23.  
  24. Golden Eye Team licenses the Golden Eye software to you only upon the condition that 
  25. you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement.
  26.  
  27. YOU MAY:
  28. (i) use Golden Eye on one computer for each license purchased;
  29. YOU MAY NOT:
  30. (i) sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Golden Eye;
  31. (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt
  32.      to discover the source code of Golden Eye, or create derivative works from 
  33.      Golden Eye; 
  34. (iii)use Golden Eye on a greater number of computers than the number of licenses
  35.       of Golden Eye you have purchased.
  36.       
  37. WARRANTY
  38. Golden Eye Team warrants that the Golden Eye will substantially perform its functions to 
  39. monitor the activity on a computer,when Golden Eye is used correctly and in accordance 
  40. with specifications and instructions.Golden Eye Team, MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR 
  41. IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS 
  42. FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  43.  
  44. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement of the 
  45. Golden Eye or a refund of the purchase price, at Golden Eye Team's option.
  46. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of implied warranties and you may 
  47. be entitled to additional rights in those states.
  48.  
  49. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
  50.  
  51. Golden Eye Team has made every effort possible to ensure that Golden Eye is free of any bugs or 
  52. errors, however in no way is Golden Eye to be considered error or bug free. You assume 
  53. all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may result from any errors or bugs in 
  54. Golden Eye.
  55.  
  56. IN NO EVENT WILL Golden Eye Team. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
  57. INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE.
  58. In no case shall Golden Eye Team's liability exceed the purchase price for the Golden Eye.
  59.  
  60. GENERAL:
  61. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Golden Eye Team. You acknowledge and 
  62. agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or 
  63. representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all 
  64. writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have 
  65. recieved concerning Golden Eye have no effect--it is the terms of this Agreement that will 
  66. control all issues involving your use of Golden Eye.
  67. All rights to Golden Eye are owned by Golden Eye Team. and are protected by United States copyright
  68. laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Golden Eye Team retains all rights 
  69. not expressly granted by this Agreement.
  70. This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated
  71. herin.
